Budapest is a lovely place with many tourist attractions. One that locals as well as visitors love to see is The Heroes' Square. Its known location is by Andrassy Avenue. The monuments center houses a thirty six metre high stoned area where the Archangel Gabriel winged figure stands wearing a crown.

The Vajdahunyad Castle is one of the most unique and interesting places in the city park of Budapest. The castle houses the Agriculture Museum and has become very successful over the decades portraying the Hungarian history. On the thousandth anniversary of the Magyar Conquest a recreation of pasteboard and wood was created to demonstrate the architectural history of Hungary.

Several areas of the castle are the tiny models of the Hungarian buildings that are attributes for the different historical styles. Due to the success of the castle the stone version was built here. Whether you are a historian, local, or someone who loves to visit elegant restored parts of history you should definitely visit the castle.

Gallert-Hill known as the hill with the best views and allows tourists to see parts of the city that most places in the area doesn't allow.





Named after Bishop Gallery, the man who was responsible for preaching Christianity in Hungary. The Citadel fortress which allowed those superiors to keep watch over most of the town resides on top of the hill.

Often tourists as well as locals will use telescopes for a phenomenal view of more important sights such as the Liberty Statue which stands for liberation from a Nazi rule. From the uniqueness of the fortress to the breath taking view its a must see.
